Jerrod has worked with both large and small operations teams to establish and improve processes, implement and adopt technologies, and measure and elevate performance. She has led efforts across technology services, client enablement, and go-to-market strategy, consistently delivering data-driven results. Currently, she leads modernization efforts in government services, coordinating payment platform delivery through close collaboration with product, engineering, client success, and delivery teams.
